You like Biology but dont want to go for Medicine and also like Music. I would suggest that you can continue with Music as your hobby and definitely participate in music shows to keep your hobby and liking going. Just speak to the HOD and Principal and get that done. There is no major procedure involved in this. However I would suggest you to ascertain exactly which are the subjects you are interested in. If you are interested in medical careers or Biology more, then it is recommended that you choose PCB only and do not have the burden of studying for Maths.
If you are interested in engineering or fields where maths is involved, then choose PCM only and do not take the burden of Biology.

You being in the Science stream already I am surprised that you wish to change to Commerce and that too take up a core commerce course like Chartered Accountancy. How did you finalise on Chartered Accountancy course? Why not any other course? I think you are being misguided or you do not have proper information. It appears that you were misguided right at the stage of 10th std, when you should have selected a proper stream based on your interests, aptitude. But, unfortunately that did not happen.
Biology was a fantastic subject, but you want to leave that.
