Hello Lokendra, As per the UGC NET guidelines you can appear for the exam in the subject which you have in post graduation or its related. As you said you have done M.Sc. in Digital Electronics which is similar to Electronic Science, so you are eligible to apply for UGC NET Electronics Science. But make sure you should have the minimum score in masters i.e. 55% aggregate marks according to NET exam Eligibility. If you want to apply for Junior Researcher then you must follow the age criteria also i.e. age must not more than 30 years.
