Good to hear you have been thinking pf making a career in the CS field. CS has become a very popular career option these days amOngst the lot of students. As you have completed your B.com you are definitely eligible for the CS course. In order to be eligible for the CS course a student who has their 12th or Graduation from any stream is eligible for the CS course. Only a student who is from the fine arts and completes 12th or graduation in Fine arts is not eligible for the CS course. As you have completed your B.com you can directly take an admission for the CS Executive program which is also known as Intermediate course. You need to do a registration for the CS Executive program at the nearby CS chapter in your city. The fee structure is different for the students that depends on the students qualification here are the Fees details for the CS Executive program –
1. For CS Foundation Passed - Rs.8500
2. For Commerce Graduate - Rs.9000
3.For Non Commerce Student- Rs.10,000
4. For CPT passed of ICAI or Foundation passed of ICAI-CMA- Rs.12,500
CS exams are conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December. You can appear for the exam whenever you wish to write the exam.
