Hi Jikesh,
Interesting, you wish to do an MBA.
But before that, I would like to ask you to ask yourself few questions like:
The minimum requirement in terms of educational qualification is Graduation any stream with minimum 50%.
You then would have to clear various entrance exams like:
After clearing the entrance exam, you need to clear Group discussion and Personal Interview.
For the entrance exam, you could join coaching classes, and solve as many papers as possible. For group discussion reading all kinds of materials right from current affairs to politics to history to sports etc is a must and being able to discuss the topic without arguments is a must. For Personal Interview, get ready with simple all time asked questions, but answering them being witty is important, at the sametime being logical and honest is equally important.
Few Specializations in MBA includes:
Before opting for any specialization, I would suggest, you to do a complete research on each field, knowing what they comprise of, scope and your job role. Though if you do a full time 2 years MBA course, you would be introduced to each of the specialization in brief and then in the 2nd year, you have to choose either one or dual specialization as per your choice.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good luck..
Dear Student, there are certain formalities for an individual to be met to get admission in MBA, like one should be graduate with at least 65-70 percent, then one has to appear and qualify one of the entrance tests like - CAT,XAT,MAT etc. and thereafter to decide a branch for the same i.e. HR, Finance, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism etc. Then you need to locate a reputed institution for pursuing your degree. I may suggest you some names of highly reputed institutions to be considered - World College of Technology and management, Gurgaon,.................Axis Institute of Technology and Management, Kanpur,.......................Lovely Professional University, Phagwara
Dear Aspirant,
Doing MBA should be a job or career requirement and not just a name sake requirement to get a qualification because all are getting MBA.
Always remember that "not every MBA is a Manager and not every Manager is an MBA".
What do you wish to know about MBA? If you mention that I will be able to guide you appropriately.
Best wishes
