I do not wish to dishearten your aspiration to pursue an MBA program.

But most of the University that provides an MBA, their eligibility is Graduation froma recognised University or it equivalent. Thaye have not mentioned any criteria regarding Distance learning or Distance Graduation candidate.

My request would be, before you apply to any of the colleges or fill up the netrance exam forms, I would request you to visit the college or atleast call up the authroities, asking them if you are eligible.

And as far as choosing a specilaization is concerned, it would be goos to slect on the basis of your likes and your capabilities.

If you are good with communication skills and most importantly can convince people into buying a product and like travelling them Marketing can be opted for
If you feel you are a peoples people and can be good with strategizing and implemendign rules, you could opt for HR
If you love numbers and find it a childs paly, can opt for finance.

But just based on the baove criteria do not choose.

My adviuse would be to work in the domain of your choice.

Gian experience and based on the need of the job, pursue an MBA.

Also, after a minimum 5 years work experience, you can opt for a Part-time or correspondence MBA program, whereby work experience is the only qualification needed, though marksheets have to be attached. as they are the proof of your passing or getting a degree and your work experience.

Also since there are varied MBA specializations like:
Hospitality management
Operations
Logistics
Supply chain
etc
Only when you have an industry experience can you opt for these specializations, since you will know their need at the job place.
