A Masters degree is highly recommended if you want to teach. If you want to teach in school, then minimum graduate and B.Ed course is compulsory and clearing the Teacher Eligibility Test is mandatory. If you want to teach in junior college, then minimum graduate and B.Ed course and if you want to teach in senior college, then post graduate and NET/SET exam is compulsory. If you want to teach in post graduate college, then post graduate and preferably PhD is recommended.
