You, have to Physics, Chemistry and Biology apart from English as your subjects for your 11th and 12th classes.Further you need to be practising the MCQs and other test papers based on various entrance exams conducted throughout the country
Dear aspirant,
First of all congratulations on passing your X exams. For a career in medicine, 1. You have to enrol for a pure Science group in 11th and 12th level. This way you will be studying Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology. 2. Otherwise, enrol in a PCMB group where you will be studying Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
Completing your 12th from either of these two groups, 1. You will need to appear for All India medical entrance test or state level entrance test to apply for either MBBS or BDS. Sitting for these national/ state level competitive exams is mandatory if you would want to study at national or state owned Universities. 2. Alternatively, if your choice is to study at a private university, you should also sit for their competitive exams. Please be informed that most deemed universities will still ask for your All India medical test score even though they have a conventional entrance exam in principle at their institution.
If you choose the first option, the pure science group in your HSC exams; you will have the options to apply for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS in India. Suppose if you choose PCMB group, as you will be studying Math as well as part of this group, you can apply for the above said degrees as well as B.Sc or B.E/ B.Tech in Science degrees such as Biotechnology, Bio informatics, Bio medical engineering, Environmental engineering, Food science and many others.
Good luck.

Medical enyrance: After good score 12th, need to clarify medical entrance test.
Choose medical line: you have choice either to pursue MBBS or BDS. Apart from these, you can pursue BAMS, BHMS, BPT (physiotherapy), Occupational therapy, speech therapy etc. where you don't need to clarify medical entrance test.
Scope for medical professionals:Medical professionals are always in demand. In current scenario, we need more qualified medical professionals and there is a great demand for specialists (MD).
