Hello Purna,
If you are relating to your percentage, and a first job then your percentage can be a hurdle. But only if you are determined no one can stop you.
Do not defend or give excuses while applying for a job.
Frstly make an impressive resume and a covering letter stating your unique talent, projects undertaken and how could you be an asset to the organization that hires you. Highlight your strengths. Moreover at this juncture, focus on the job profile offered and not the position or title and salary offered. Your experience on the job will help you in the future.
Wish you good luck...
Dear Aspirant,
You can definitely have job opportunities. Not every body can score first class or distinction and scoring that does not also mean that every body gets a job. Also scoring low also does not mean that one cannot get a job.
Getting a job and scoring good in exam are two different things. Both require different skill sets.
You should ensure that you are job ready in terms of knowledge, flexibility, attitude, adaptiveness, team spirit. These do not come in academics or cannot be taught in subjects. These you shoudl build and develop. Companies look for such traits also apart from marks.
Marks , percentage are an entry point. You can definitely start with small or medium sized companies and based on your work experience and the performance can change companies and can rise in your career.
Do not worry at all. Have confidence in you, thats it!
