Law is no more restricted to the court rooms; it’s now widely being practiced across different areas and is gaining a lot of career opportunities.  Law in itself is a noble profession and is considered work.  The basic idea of Law profession is to help the people to solve the issues in a legal way.  Due to the invention of new technology and digitalization there are many new researches and inventions are done across the world.  Hence there have been a lot of chances of those inventions being copied and claimed by the other person to be invented by him.  Many a times such cases arise and needs to be taken care of by the Law and therefore Intellectual property Law came into existence.  Intellectual property Law deals with the patent, trademark of the inventions done in the field of music, Arts, science & Technology etc. and there are protected by the Intellectual property Law to ensure the interest of the person who has invented it.  You can study IPR Law at IIT Kharagpur but you need to have an engineering or Science background to get an admission in the IIT Khargpur.  You have a job opportunities to work with the copyright firms or you can practice independently also.  Where as you can also join the advertising agencies or Law firms.  To become a judge of the Intellectual property Law you will be needed to have at least on LLB degree and after which you can apply for the JMFC exams on clearing the JMFC exams you can become a judge of the court.
