Hello dear....


I can understand your difficulty and how you are feeling now, but not to worry a little focus and guidance can help your kid to be focus in studies.
all you have to motivate him and develop interest in studies for him, either by making small targets for him and big target like scoring good grades in tenth.
You can daily give him some task to be completed in studies and after coming home you check whether he did it or not, guide him well, a right amount of study will definitely give him a good score in exam.
If you are not able to handle the studies part than you can keep some tutor for him, and side by side you keep monitoring as he will be alert that my father is taking care so I need to do good.

You need to counsel him well, as this is the age of 15 - 16 years and very easily they will get attracted to other things and which will be a distraction from studies, you should try to keep him away from those distraction as far as possible.
so counselling is very important. at times you need to be little strict too. do not be so strict that will make him scared or rebellious.
Only convincing him by explaining the importance of studies and how it will help him in future will be great help to you I guess.
