Yours is a very different query which I have never come across.
Do you wish to do BA LLB which is a five years integrated course in Law and also Company Secretary course together? If this is true, then I should be complimenting you for choosing such a herculean task of studying so much.
If you ask me, I would not suggest you to do Company Secretary course along with BBA LLB. You should choose one at a time. Ideal path would be to do BBA or BCom and do Company Secretary course. After you complete BCom, continue with CS if not cleared and then take admission to LLB course.
I am very happy that it seems you are aware that along with CS, LLB qualification also is important from the industry point of view. But doing all the three - BBA+LLB and CS would not too much of studies and monotonous for you and your life.
Do not run behind degrees and run to complete them altogether to save time.
As far as eligibility is concerned, for admission to Company Secretary course you need 45% in 12th. For BBA LLB admission, you will have to appear for entrance test and that score will determine your admission, however having more than 50% in 12th is always recommended.

If you want to pursue Company Secretary with BBA.LLB, then you need to score atleast 50% in your 12th State Board Exam, as you will then be able to apply in the best university which provides BBA.LLB courses and this will add on to your qualification as well.
