Looks like a biased opinion. May be because you have scored less so generalising it for all students. Please note, this attitude will not take you ahead. Accept your weakness only will you then be able to improve or atleast make an effort to improve.
Coming to your question, I do agree that one needs a good percentage to land up with a good job. Never the less a beginning needs to be made. So start applying through various job portals like Naukri, monster etc. But in your case I think references would make a difference. At the sametime do not stress much on what kind of profile you looking for. Getting into a job, building experience is a must at this stage.
Please note as a counselor I believe that few students are unable to score well in their academic career but perform their best when it comes to the job market or performance scenario.
I would suggest build up a strong experience base to help you pursue atleast a part time or correspondence management course.
