The resume of a Hotel Manager should reflect various things some of which have been mentioned below:

1. First and the most important thing that your resume should indicate is the work experience that you have had as a Hotel Manager. This is important parameter on which you will be judged and therefore a brief information about your roles and responsibilities would be very helpful. In case you are a fresher and applying for this job you can go ahead with your education only.

2. You need to indicate the projects or main events that you have been involved in. This again is an important part of the resume. Therefore you will have to be very careful about it while working on it. You need to explain all the important things clearly.

3. Then come the educational qualifications which are also often an important criteria while looking for the job of a hotel manager. You need to mention various academic achievements and the important things you did during your education. Through your educational background your resume reader will be in a better state to understand your career progression and what subjects you have performed well in.

4. Your resume must contain your achievements. No matter you big or small they may be, you need to put them in the right order and ensure that they indicate your performance and excellence in whatever you have done.

5. Do not forget to mention your skill sets, the areas you are extremely good at, what kind of things you can do with perfection. The skill sets give the clear idea about what you can do and therefore are very important for any employer.

6. Briefly mention the various references and contacts if any, that you want to indicate. That could be your previous employer or your educational institute where you have done well in the past. That will give the reader some faith in your abilities and it's always good to have a back up support for your performance.
