• Communication skills – One must possess clear and strong communication skills to transform the information through oral, written and visual media.
• Excellent drawing an modelling skills
• Expertise in using various graphics and animation softwares
• Attention to minute details and accuracy
• Imagination and observation. It’s animator’s imagination that makes a character laugh and dance. One should be able to imagine and design it.
• One must also possess other soft skills like active listening, time management, co-ordination of tasks, patience, ability to work under pressure etc.
