Basically to get a good job in private or government sector, graduation is important and with minimum of 55%.
Based on 12th commerce 54%, you can get jobs with accounting firms, BPOs, clerk and administration jobs in companies, courier companies, delivery companies, etc. but they are low paid and monotonous.
Taking higher education is recommended. Atleast 60% in graduation in commerce is what you should aim at at this stage.
