After completion of diploma in IT, you have to complete your graduation to pursue your post graduation program.
A diploma program is a three year course under the technical education wing, whereas a degree program is under the regulations of the UGC.
So in this case if you wish to pursue higher studies you need to complete your graduation first.
otherwise you have other equivalent levels for post graduation in vocational education
According to NVEQF - national vocational education qualification framework, the equivalent levels are as below
level 3-5 is diploma
level 6-7 is advanced diploma
level 5-7 is bachelor's degree
level 8-9 is master's degree
