If you opt for a skirt then the length should be proper for you to make you feel comfortable when you sit and stand. Creative Offices
If you work in a creative field then all your creative clothes like worn jeans, bright to dark colors, fancy jewelry, piercings are allowed at your work but not your pajamas or sportswear unless you work in the sports field.
For Casual Offices
At a casual workplace wearing jeans is okay but they should not be worn and should be nicely tailored. For women cropped pants are a good option and for men, shirts are not compulsory in a casual office, and can wear t-shirts, but they are clean and decent and should not contain any offensive messages. You can wear casual shoes but not neon and bright-colored shoes as they are inappropriate.
