Government-run Gujarat Ayurved University is situated in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. One of the first ayurvedic universities in India, it was founded in 1967. The college provides ayurvedic undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs.

The Shri Gulabkunverba Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Gujarat’s oldest ayurvedic institution, is one of the university’s 11 constituent colleges. The institution also has a variety of research institutes and centers, such as the Maharshi Patanjali Institute for Yoga Naturopathy Education and Research, the Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Institute of Post Graduate Teaching and Research in Ayurveda.

Admission Process

The admission process for Gujarat Ayurved University varies depending on the course.
