If you have just passed out of your class 12th and you want to take a step closer to being associated with the Indian navy. Then you can definitely go for National Defence Academy entry. National Defence Academy is a tri-service academy that acts as a feeder institution for the Indian military academy, the Indian force academy, and the Indian naval academy. This is specifically for males. This has a training period of three years for the entire learning and training for all the boys who have just passed out their class 12th. The exam of the national defense academy is conducted twice every year by UPSC (Union public service commission).
This exam has two cycles for the attempt every year. Once the candidate has qualified for the examination, the merit list candidates would have to go through the SSB interview and there is also one medical test which is conducted by the Indian navy.
