Assuming this is your first job, the recruiters will offer you a job as a TRAINEE as you dont have experience. But later on once you get experience of 1-2 years you may be offered a job of Sourcing Analyst. However it depends on the companies requirement and your performance. So to conclude Its very difficult to directly become Sourcing Analyst. best option will be to start as a trainee and collect ample amount of knowledge and then you can go for Source Analyst.
