As per the eligibility criteria of CSIR NET Exam, you must have completed masters’ in one of the five subjects of CSIR NET i.e. Physical Science, Life Science, Mathematical Science, Chemical Science and Earth Science.
As you are pursuing for M.Sc. in Life Science, its essential to get minimum 55% aggregate marks in it (5% relaxation available for SC/ST/PwD/OBC candidates).

Yes you are eligible for CSIR UGC NET with Earth Science if you have passed M.Sc. in environmental Science. But make sure that you should have score minimum 55% aggregate marks in masters if you belong to the General or OBC category.
If you are from SC/ST/PwD category then you will get 5% relaxation in aggregate marks.
There is an age criteria for JRF aspirants, their age must not more than 28 years. For Assistant Professor this criteria is not applicable.
