Technology is an integral part of any organisation. It all depends on the type of work ( analysis, design, development, support, maintenance, training, sales etc....)that one would like to persue, accordingly the company can be selected.
Unfortunatley, we are not spoilt with choices, so we take up the first available placement opportunity and ponder if we are in the right direction!!!Think, from such a big list, make a select list for yourself and then start job hunting.Sumit
There are thousands of IT and NON-IT companies who hire computer engineers for different tasks. And this you can find on your own through many job portals, online forums, and different media options. There are many start-up companies who hire computer experts and you will not find their name in the list. slary offered by these companies is usually more than establishe companies. Almost every day - more and more such companies are entering into the market. Google is always there to search.
Recently, in one of campus placement events - when i asked the name of ten IT companies from fresher seeking jobs - they could not anme even 8-9 (with more than 300 students together). So only company name will not help you much as you also need to know following to start your job search:- what job you want to apply for- does your skills, education, and interest matches the corporate expetations for that particular job- are you corporate ready? All the best
