Ideally Engineering graduates are absorbed in manufacturing units, keeping this in mind you should opt for Operations Management Specialisation. Increasingly engineers are opting for jobs/careers in non engineering jobs, if you aspire to go for BFSI and finance related career and find number crunching interesting go for finance specialisation. Ideally you should study all your core management subjects like marketing, finance, operations, HR etc in the first year and than decide about your specilisation based on your comfort with any of this subjects.

Hope above helps to clear your doubt.. all the very bright career..
