It's always going to be a different experience in the two settings - MultiNational Company or a Start up. Both have their own benefits associated to them. It's up to you how to make the choice. I would suggest you to consider the following facts before you make a decision:

1. Process Vs Experiments :In an MNC, you will be part of a team where you will most likely be following a fixed path. It doesn't mean that they don't work on innovations. They do, but at the same time they have certain in built values where you need to fit yourself in. In case of a start up, there will be a number of experiments before they get the right path to go about. You will have to be ready to try out different things.

2. Comfort Vs Challenge:Most times in a large company, you will get used to a comfort. Be it the facility that they provide or the way they plan things out. It's always easy going. In case of a start up, you will always be on your toes. If you're expecting a life of comfort then start ups are not for you. But if you are willing to learn multiple things at same time, start ups are for you.

3. Salary comparison:It is true that big companies will pay you more. That makes sense they make a lot of money and they spend on the employees. However, these days the start ups are also paying hefty salaries to their employees.

Those are the main things that I would consider when choosing between a start up and a large company. And I would expect the same from you.
