It's always going to be a different experience in the two settings - MultiNational Company or a Start up. Both have their own benefits associated to them. It's up to you how to make the choice. I would suggest you to consider the following facts before you make a decision:1. Process Vs Experiments :In an MNC, you will be part of a team where you will most likely be following a fixed path. It doesn't mean that they don't work on innovations. They do, but at the same time they have certain in built values where you need to fit yourself in. In case of a start up, there will be a number of experiments before they get the right path to go about. You will have to be ready to try out different things.
