What are you doing currently? Are you already a graduate? There are no Institutes for banking if you are wanting to join public sector banks. Please let me know the details so that I can guide you more appropriately.
For getting a job in public sector banks, IBPS conducts exams for vacancies in designated banks as per requirement. There are separate coaching classes which help you in preparing for the entrance tests and interview rounds. As a graduate, you can appear for PO, Specialist or Clerk Exams.
If you want to join private banks, then there is IFBI, IIBF which offers Banking courses and placements in private banks. An MBA or CA is recommended to get into private banks.
