Dear Friend!You are a science student & planning to do B.Tech an engineering course. Which is good career & you will get a good salary package. Plus if you do MBA then it will add more weightage to your profile & similarly your salary package will also rise.But when you, we tlak about B.Tech & CA, they are pole apart. As Engineers works is mostly in the operations, production, technical etc but CA job is altogether different of handling Accounts, saving tax, audit. Even if you do both you will only get a package for one field either CA or B.Tech..As regards MBA I can give you more details as I am also a career counselor with IIPM.
