Hi Harsh,

If you are interested in continuing in same technical area, Mtech would be the best choice for you.

Academic Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech Course::

Graduates are allowed to apply for this course. They should have completed B.Tech, MCA or MSc in the any of the areas of engineering. Most of the institutes insist at least 60% marks in the qualifying exam to accept the application..

You can give the following entrance exam as under:::
1) Entrance exam is GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering).
2) Vellore Institute of Technology Master's Entrance Exam (VITMEE) is an entrance exam for admission to M.Tech
3) Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is an entrance examination conducted every year by Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu Government.
4) AMIETE - Associate Membership of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers AMIETE...
5) Jnu m.tech entrance exams
6 AICE - All India Competitive Examination for Admissions to Master's Degree Programmes AICE...

If interested to pursue MBA than can sit for CAT, MAT , XLRI, IIFT etc exams.

All the best
