Dear Aspirant,
AS per the Indian Education system, a student can get himself transferred from Science to Commerce or Arts in 12th, from Commerce to Arts in 12th. But cannot go the reverse way. That is a student cannot get himself transferred from Arts to Commerce or Science in 12th, from Commerce to Science in 12th. This rule is applicable to all the Boards in India whether State or Central.
By the way, why do you wish to transfer from Arts to Commerce and that too in 12th std. Please remember that you have lost the 11th Commerce studies which are the base for 12th commerce exams and studies. Changing subjects within the stream was fine, but altogether the stream is difficult.
If you have not appeared for a psychometric test before, please appear for the Ideal Career Test in order to know which of these are really suitable to you based on your aptitude, interests.
