It‘s good to hear from you that you have been thinking of making a career in Law after 12th.  I am sure that you must have taken proper information about the career avenues in Law from the career experts or the people who are working in the same field.  It’s always a good thing to collect the proper information and other necessary things of any career avenue before selection of any particular career for us.  One should also take a psychometric career assessments to evaluate their skills, abilities, interest, personality type etc. and should decide the career option accordingly which will be good for them.  After 12th is the crucial time in the students life as they move to the further5 education and on completing their degree usually they start their career.  If we talk about law as a career post `12th is a very fantastic career option these days because of the fame and scope that it has got and is getting in different fields for the practice.  After 12th Law degree program is of 5 years in which a student is offered with the 2 graduation degrees Viz. B.com.  LLB, BSL.LLB, B.A. LLB, BBA.LLB etc.  Students can take an admission to any of the course.  In 12th you should have marks of 70-80% to take an admission in a good college.  There are no marks criteria as such you can appear for CEAT, AILET, and MH-CET Law etc. entrance exam.  Here are some of the good Law colleges.
