- Be in a place where network connectivity is good

- Be in a silent , non-noisy place - where others will not be able to disturb you

- Be in front of your computer - login on CareerGuide so that you can receive notification on
student's profile & career report

- Introduce yourself to the student- on the call

- Ask for brief on student's background ( though we will share notification to you with student's
profile and his psychometric report )

- Explain psychometric profile to student and ask him/her on specific questions they have to ask

- Be patient, exhibit good listening skills

- Don't hurry or speak fast

- Keep discussion relevant with examples

- Don't promote any product/service from any educational institute

- Don't promote any admission consultancy or pass an information which is promotional in nature

- Anything which you are not sure of - you can always politely let student know that you will do your
research and will get back to them/write to them about it

- Ask caller if they are comfortable in language you are speaking in

- Let students know they can call back later if they have more questions - and system will be able to connect them back to you. (As we have smart technology!  )

- We record entire telephonic conversation and audit it for quality monitoring, we also provide it to you to listen it and work on any of your areas which requires attention.

- Wish students Good Luck while saying bye
