Post 10th student have many of the career confusions with them. To solve the confusion they approach to various sources like parents, teachers, Relatives, friends etc. for the guidance students are usually told that after 10th science is the best stream and one can have many career opportunities from the science field. So students they go with the science stream for better career options. But if we see to the commerce and the Arts stream they also have a good career opportunities same like science. It seems that you have completed your 12th from the science field. Earlier for many of the government jobs a student who has completed 12th was eligible for many of the jobs in the government sector. But now with the increasing competition in the public sector also now many of the government jobs are offered after the graduation degree to the students. As you are from 12th science back ground you have an option to go for the defense field. You can apply for the National Defense Academy exam which is conducted by the UPSC board for recruitment in Army, Navy, and Air Force. A student who has studied the subjects Math’s & physics in 12th and is having the age between 16 to 19 ½ years is eligible for the NDA exams. NDA exams are conducted twice in a year in the month of April and December. To go in Army a student of any stream can apply and can make a career in the Army field. Right now on 12th basis you have an option to make a career in the defense field.
