Hi Friend,

Thank you very much for coming with your question on this platform, We are very happy to guide you in order to get you the best for yourself.

I am also an Advocate by profession and I have degrees like BSL.LLB, LLM, PGDBCL, PGDBM, PGDCL

Coming to your question, I assume you have already completed your LLB and also have registered yourself at the Bar Council.

Well as far as the opportunity is concerned there are plenty of opportunities available for an aspirant advocate who wants to join any of the law firm in order to get the practical idea of the legal field and in order to explore the different areas of laws.

there are many law firms, good law firms, LPOs, Corporations available who offers internships to final year students to come and learn the various areas of legal practice.

Further there are so many law firms who offers special program for law students in which not only the internship is involved in that they also teach the different areas of legal practice in which you have the interest.

It is always up to you with whom you want to get the practicle knowledge of your field, so considering this if you know any of the good lawyer who is also practicing in the corporate sector or practicing in business or commercial laws you can join them and you can get the experience from them.

It is ot tough to get an internship program, what is tough is to get the position at the law firm which is best in the market like, AZB & Partners, Khaitan & Khaitan, these law firms are like pioneers of the Indian Legal Market, so if you get a chance to do internship at these law firms nothing like it, there will no looking back for you. But as I said it is a mater of luck, it is not in your hand...but even if you know a small lawyer who has a good practice, even those kind of internships will also be very helpful to you. You should keep in mind just one thing and that it wherever you go you should be able to understand and you should get the amount of work in which you can learn. Never choose a law firm where you are not getting a work and seating ideally, you will never get to learn anything from those kind of law firms.

I wish you all the best and good luck for your future.

Thanks,
Ravi
