IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) is one of the most prestigious and sought after college for Engineering in India.

Now lets understand the details of the most sought after colleges and ways to prepare and get admission into the same.

Step 1: You should be a class Science Student with Maths as a Subject in Class XI

Step 2 : Start Preparation from Class XI itself first level of exam would be based on class XI and Class XII syllabus the idea should be to have once concept clear

Step3: If possible do join and good coaching for IIT Preparation this would help you compete and analyse your level of preparation regularly. its would be better if you can join and national level institute with good results in past since you would be able to compete with good students and know your level of prepration.

Step 4: Ensure you get very good marks in your class XII boards since for JEE MAINS you would have to have a very good in board as well as it has 40% weightage for your JEE MAINS combined Rank

Step 5 : You have to clear the cutoff and remain in Top 150000 Student across india in JEE MAINS exam

Step 6 : You would have to be top 20 percentile students or 75 % in class XII board which ever is low in your boards

Step7: if you clear both you would be qualified for JEE advance

Step8 : If you feature in Top 5000 Ranks you would be able to join good IITs
