Dear Aspirant,

It does not matter if you have done your engineering from a normal state government college. Not everybody gets a chance to get into IITs or NITs, that does not mean that non-IIT non NIT students are useless and do not know anything.

What matters is what type of engineering you have studies, how you have studied and whether you can convert it into an employable skill for the organisation. Remember that the industry wants practical engineering and not bookish engineering.

IF you can ensure that you are a good engineer (wherever you pass out from), you will not have any problem in getting a job.

After degree of engineering, if you wish to get a job, you can definitely hunt for through job portals, friends, relatives, etc. If you want to study more and get in depth knowledge, do think for ME / MTech from a good college.

Simultaneously try improving your communciation skills, problem solving skills, attitude, personality and general awareness.

Best wishes
