When students clear their 10th they have to go with a particular field for their further studies. Students they select the career options under the parental pressure, peer pressure, neighbors, friends, media etc. while selecting any of the career option a student should not select any of the career option just considering its scope and demand whereas student should select the career option by understanding the market trend and demand. Student and parents should see where the students interest lies, what kind of personality a student have, what are his abilities etc. A student should take a career aptitude assessment to know about where their interest lies and accordingly should select a career option. After 10th a student can go for the engineering Diploma Course or can go for the 11th & 12th in any of the faculty as per their choice in science, commerce or Arts. A student should select a career by taking a career aptitude Test.
