What was the cutoff for your branch last year?
The cutoff or admission requirements for MIT vary from year to year and depend on various factors, including the number of applicants, the academic background and achievements of the applicants, and the overall competitiveness of the applicant pool.
For the 2022 admissions cycle, I do not have the exact cutoff information as my training data only goes up until 2021. However, it’s generally known that MIT is a highly selective university and the admission standards are very high.
How is the faculty?
The whole BBA faculty is humble and experienced. The teachers try to help us out whenever possible and always inspire us to be our best selves.
How many semesters do you have each academic session?
We have 3 semesters every year, that is 9 semesters total in 3 years.
What extracurricular activities do the teachers suggest to you?
They are training us to be ready for the internships we have to do in the 2nd year. Teachers at MIT may suggest different activities based on the interests and skills of individual students.
What extracurricular activities does MIT offer?
MIT has a lot of things to offer. They give a lot of importance to sports, clubs, etc. They truly believe that other activities are as important as your studies.

Well, I can only speak for my course, BBA, and here the startup culture is really good. Ideas and experiments are always encouraged by the teachers.
Do you have any lab classes? If yes, how do the teachers take it online?
Yes, MIT offers a variety of lab classes as part of its curriculum. However, like many universities, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of these lab classes may be taking place online rather than in person.
How tough Is the entrance exam?
Not very tough, to be honest. If you practice your concepts enough, you can easily get admission. Just be confident during the interviews.
What's the best and the worst thing about MIT you have observed to date?
The best thing about MIT-WPU has to be staff and faculty. It would be a really fun experience once we can have in-person classes as Pune city is good for living. I have heard the placements are not that great, but that’s all the bad I can think of.
