CA and BTech are two different fields.
CA is Chartered Accountancy which is a professional course in commerce sector and BTech is a technology course.
If you are into 12th science, then BTech is what I would recommend.
Comparing both these courses is like comparing earth and moon...
I think you need to get your confusion cleared out first and the choose your career.
