Clear! You can register for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Foundation Course after completing your 10th degree. Here you have the relevant information:
Eligibility:
After passing the 10th grade examination conducted by a statutory examination body in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government or the State Government as equivalent, you can provisionally register for the ICAI Foundation Course.
This also applies if you are in the eleventh or twelfth grade.

You can register for the Foundation Course by visiting the ICAI website here.
Make sure you provide your personal details (name, date of birth, gender) as indicated on your 10th or 12th grade certificate.
No changes are allowed after submitting the form.
Foundation Exam:
To appear in the Foundation exam, you must register with the ICAI Study Council before January 1 or July 1, depending on the exam date (May/June or November/December).
You must have completed at least 4 months of study before taking the Foundation exam.
Additionally, you must have passed the higher secondary examination (10+2) recognized by the Central or State Government.
Remember that your provisional admission to the Foundation Course will be regularized only when you pass the twelfth grade exams. Good luck on your path to becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA)!
