Hi friend
Good percentage exactly distinction. First of you have to set your specialized interest in Physics

1. IIT Bombay offers excellent M.Sc -Ph.D integrated (http://www.phy.iitb.ac.in) better you explore and look for your interest and criteria of admission in IIT Bombay
2. IIT Rurkee, and other IIts are also the right place for you.
3. IIT has its own entrance test which can restrict you if you are not at par so start to groom yourself.
4. IIT offers good fellowship emolument for your study
5. IISER Kolkata, JNU NEW DELHI, TIFR BOMBAY, BARC,ISRO, IISc Bangalore and many more universities in India
6. Other than IIT many institutes are there in private like BITS Pillani, Sikkim Manipal University
7. Since Physics is fundamental science which provides the base of numerous applied technology like medical physics, astrophysics, astronomy, biophysics etc.
8. Be careful while preparing for entrance test either you destine yourself for IITs wherin you need to develop skill to qualify as per IITs norms and its pre-requisites and other listed universities and institutes have different benchmarking and standard and specialization.
9. Always look for pass percentage and placement percentile and its offering brands which will decide the entire fate of your career.
10. Better you visit all the institutional website and get the information details accordingly you write your statement of purpose which will help you in building your understanding for a subject. Why it is important u must know? After entrance test you have to go for the internal orientation course at institute level and then your interest will be tested as per your stated concept note, will be reviewed by panel of scientists and professor accordingly you will be placed in good laboratory. This type of exercise is very important at premium organization like ISRO, IISc, IIT
11. After course work you will given project that will be crucial for your placement at tertiary level, institute like IIT, ISRO, IISc use to send their students to abroad for research project preferably Germany due to predominancy in physics and instrumentation advancement.
12. Placement drive is the ultimate stage for any aspirant which attracts you to opt a subject for your entire career.
