Your query is very short and there fore I am not able to understand what exactly you mean to ask or what exactly is your concern.

It appears that you are talking about some school and would like to know about some of the top schools and what are their features.

Since I have been involved in career counselling for more than seven years now and also have been into teaching for some years, in management education avenue, school is generally termed as Business School or BSchool. Are you talking abotu BSchool or a school of primary and secondary education school.

However the exciting thing about BSchools and any other primary or secondary education school is that there are some very common factors in them.

To answer your query I would highlight some of the common factors which decide whether the school os good, average or bad.

Important points to consider while deciding the school:

Any top school has some important factors which make it one of the top and sustainable to the top position. Those factors are as follows:

  • Management of the school

Who is the head of the school is important. Who is the Principal, Director, etc. What is the back ground of the Director or Principal.

  • History of the school

When was the school established? Who were the founders of the school? Is it aided and government recognised school?

  • Infrastructure of the school

What are the infrastructure facilities available in the school in terms of playground, campus, library, laboratories, halls, auditorium, seminar, workshop halls, etc.

  • Teaching and non teaching staff of the school

Who is the teaching staff? Is it qualified and experienced? How is the non teaching staff? Is it cooperative?

  • Pass out record of the school

How many student passed out from the school? With what grades or percentage? Any merit rankers or toppers?

  • Extra curricular activities conducted in the school

Does the school have scope for extra curricular activities like sports, outdoors, etc.

  • Quality of the teaching

How is the teaching quality? Is it according to the standards?

  • Quality of the teaching methods used

how are the teaching methods used, are they relevant and updated?

  • Quality of teaching techniques and equipments
  • Teacher Parent association
  • Reputation of the School
  • Fees of the school
  • Transperancy in the school administration

All the above factors are important.

If all the abov factors are found in a school, then that school should be taken as good.
