A Diploma in Aviation seems not have resulted in the things you had expected. Have you really tried to project your Aviation diploma for getting a job and why did you accept a job as a receptionist in IT company. Your work experience of four years is big enough to create a history for yourself and it will be difficult for you to shift careers.
