Anyways ARTS and Painting courses can be pursued either as a certificate or diploma program which are short duration courses say 6 months and can be pursued after 10th.

Please note that this course is offered as a 4years Graduate program popularly knownas BFA ( Bachelors in Fine Arts), which can be pursued by any 12th pass student after clearing an entrance exam which tests the students creativity and visualization skills.

As a suggestion, i would say you can pursue the certification or diploma programs but do complete your Graduation through correspondence
