There are a number of options available to you in order to diversify your career:

MBA:This is one of the most followed career path in order to get diversified. It gives you an opportunity to get out of your field and interact with people from other educational backgrounds. This will help you learn a lot about diversity.

Shift your domain/department:A lot will depend on the company that you are working for - whether they allow you that kind of flexibility or not. Once given the opportunity, try to make the full use of it and learn. Choose the department which appeals more to you.

Shift your industry:After working in a particular industry, people tend to get bored from it. It's not a bad idea to shift your industry though it may sound a bit risky. But many people do that in order to get the right mix of diversity.

Start working on a hobby:It is very important to have hobbies and equally important is to upgrade them. It is important to pursue what really appeals you and do it more professionaly, which gives you a nice option of alternate career.

Wherever you are, learn diversity from small things:Talk to as many people as you can. Involve yourelf in different activities. Bring in the flexibility in the small tasks that you do. You will enjoy it and will grow in your career.
