I am sure, you would be eligible for most of the top level colleges, you have chosen before appearing for JEE.
But i would also suggest shortlisting few other colleges, because admissions are not only JEE based, but 12th grades as well. And if the cut off or grades scored this year in 12th is nearing 100%, YOU MAY NOT GET THE COLLEGE OF YOUR CHOICE.
