Any Degree which matching competency will Never ever give you a satisfying reward.

I would like to understand your strong points in programming, which language etc.

Let me assume

There is plently of option abroad as well.

2. Why dont you start being an entrepreneur ........... Make your Software and market it ! Many people are doing it . These days for every little work software is used... say in stores, schools, hotels etc.
You will have to be really good at it ! it is a competitive industry where technology expired within months or say days.

Hello There,

You have got one of the best qualifications available in the market.

The only reason you might not be able to move up the ladder is because you might not be upgrading your qualifications according to the market demand.

Look at what the market is demanding and get certified accordingly. At the same time, take up certain challenging projects that will help you get better prospects in future.

Wish you all the very best...

Dear Aspirant,

Thanks for writing to us!

Well, my colleagues have provided the answer. Your question is not clear to me. Our answers depend on clarity of your question. Looking at your querries, I wonder what is your question? It seems you are not happy with existing job and you want to work with a big company or want a hike in job. Am I right?

There are many personal and professionals factors responsible for job-dissatisfaction. It is not clear why are you dissatisfied. Is it low salary and high work load? or small scale industry? or not able to apply your knowledge and skills. Whatever are the reasons, you need to work on it.

Based on above assumptions, I have four recommendations:

(1) Identify your core area of interest: Computer Science is broad stream that include software development, hardware and networking. Identify which is the area of work you like it and enjoy the most. Based on your experience and market demand, choose the area that interest you the most.

(2) Upgrade your technical knowledge and skills: Once you have chosen the area of work, improve your technical knowledge and skills on the subject. There are many ways to do that. You may read books, take up free or paid online courses or take up certificate courses from leading institute.

(3) Upgrade your CV/resume: Having impressive CV is important for job. You may get your CV assessed by experts. There are many service providers for the same. Get your CV attractive.

(4) Job search: Look for jobs in newspaper. You can also create your profile in online job portals. Social networking is modern way to look for jobs. Update your LinkedIn profile and search jobs.

Hope this is helpful!

If I have not answered your questions, feel free to write back to us. I will be happy to answer your query.
