To add my views, firstly, choosing the option based on just comparison of the courses is highly NOT recommended. This should be avoided since both fields are good on their own accord. The important thing is what you are good at, and that is much more important.
Since you have taken PCB and if you are interested in Biology, Chemistry, then definitely Food Technology is good field for you. You can also explore MicroBiology, BioTechnology fields which are very promising.
LAW is not at all a field for I feel based on the education you have done till now. I think you are confused and have a very little knowledge about fields altogether.

As per my knowledge rather than psychology,food technology is much demand subject....in recent past though we got more awareness about psychology subject,but opportunities are very rare,however it has so many specializations,please let me know your area of interest...
Forensic Psychology with law qualification will have more opportunities.
