I want to ask if I am needed to pursue more degree in order to get a good job?

Sir I am very glad to see that you have answered my query . I want to further ask you that if I pursue Bcom(hons) first and then if I will apply for cs course it will take me 8 long years now. is there any other alternative for this rather than pursuing both the degree at the same time . And if I will complete both my courses after 8 years will I need further studies like mba or law to get a good job.

Hello dear student...

first of all thank you so much for coming back to CareerGuide.com with your further dounbt about your career pat, it is always our pleasure to help and guide you in the best possible way we could, with the experience of experts here you will find your career path suitable for you very soon..

I would like to confirm you that yes you can do bcom graduation in commerce and side by side CS company secretary with correspondence not a problem at all. Courses like chartered accountant , company secretary, etc can be perused in corresponds, These courses are mostly done after completing twelve exams or say ten plus two exams, inter is over after that only.

But remember if you want to do two things side by side you need to work hard and give enough time for both as than only it will be fruitful for you other wise no point in putting legs in two boats and landing no where so keep this in mind always. If you are appearing now you can also take coaching classes for the Cs course as it will help you in all possible manner as some help and guidance will be there.as it helps one to be in syn and with the proper pace needed for the preparation.

By doing CS only you can get so many job c=vacancies for you and I do not think futher study is required to get a job but no issue if you are interested in doing MBA also.

But if only for the sake of doing a job you want to do MBA or law than not required at all, CS itself is enough just be master in your subject and a good hold on the working knowledge, than you will definitely mark your presence.

Hope you got your answer for your query

All the best for your bright future and have a successful career path

thank you

Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for coming back to CareerGuide with your query.

your question is very genuine and has a lot of potential. well, apart from doing both, BCom and CS, there is no other way to save years, because it is required to spend at least what is needed.

The only way you can go ahead is by doing both the courses together. Again it is not everyone's cup of tea to complete CS with good marks, its a challenge to clear the CS. I have tried myself and have failed. You need strong motivation behind perusing the field like CS.

I personally suggest you one thing and that is, if you really want to do something particularly related to CS then just do CS and don't go for BCom. by this way you will save your time as well as you will use your energy in a right direction with a right agenda. After completing CS, you have a tremendous exposures of getting a job.

Or, what you can do is you can take an admission in a 5Years Law course. by doing this you will complete your graduation + LLb in just 5 years and along with this you can do your CS as well, if you choose this combination, you will become LLB and CS in just 5 years.

But again, it is very very tough, 5 Years LLB itself is very tough but not that tough compare to CS study. But in this combinations, there are many laws which you will study in CS as well as in LLB, so if you choose to do LLB and CS together, the effort to study same laws again and again will reduce.

Again, another plus point of this combination is that, LLB +CS is a deadly combination, any corporation or a company would be interested to hire you with a good package, because they know that in one package they are hiring two people.

If you really want to be in a legal field, I think you should go for this combination only, and for suppose if you fail in any of the 5 years then maximum in 6 years you will be LLB + CS, any how you will be benefited.

BCom is of no use, instead of doing something which has no value, rather you should do something which has connection to what you want to do and has a high value as well.

So, according to me you should go for 5 years law course and along with that you should do you CS.

I hope my answer is satisfactory, Please feel free to come back to us if you have any other relevant question.

Thanks,

Ravi
