Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in the AILET exam.

Other Criteria:

  • Candidates must not have been admitted to any law degree program in any university or law college.

Application Process

The AILET Exam Application prepare is totally online. To apply for AILET 2024, you must take after these steps:

  • Different branches of law: This section will test your knowledge of different branches of law, such as constitutional law, jurisprudence, administrative law, law of contract, law of torts, family law, criminal law, property law, company law, public international law, tax law, environmental law, and labour & industrial law.

The AILET exam is a multiple choice question (MCQ) exam. Each question carries one mark and there is negative marking for incorrect answers. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes.
