The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) has announced the TN TRB Recruitment 2023 for Graduate Teachers on October 25, 2023. Eligible candidates can submit the online application process from November 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023. The TN TRB Graduate Teachers Recruitment 2023 Exam is scheduled to take place on January 7, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER –

  • Pass in Pre University or Higher Secondary or Teachers School Leaving Certificate (Secondary Grade or Senior Basic)
    and Government Teachers Certificate of Higher Grade in Physical Education
  • or Pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and Government Teachers Certificate of Lower Grade in Physical Education or Bachelor degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or A Bachelor degree in Physical Education and Sports (B.P. E.S) offered by the YMCA College of Physical Education, Chennai or a qualification equivalent thereto or Master Degree in Physical Education and Sports offered by Annamalai University (directly acquired M.P.E.S without the degree of B.P.E.S) or Bachelor degree in Mobility Science for the Disabled (B.M.S) offered by the YMCA College of Physical Education, Chennai and other similar colleges teaching Physical Education or Master degree in Physical Education(M.P.Ed) whether acquired through regular course or directly acquired without acquiring a Bachelor degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed)
DRAWING TEACHER
  • General Educational Qualification: S.S.L.C and Technical qualification
  • Degree in Drawing and Painting from Part III of a University in the State or its equivalent. or Diploma in Painting or Diploma in Drawing of the Annamalai University or Diploma in Painting or Commercial Arts or Modeling of the Government College of Arts and Craft or Government Technical Examinations (Higher Grade) in freehand outline and Model Drawing or Government Diploma in Drawing or a Certificate issued by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Architecture and Sculpture, Mamallapuram and Technical Teachers Certificate. or Diploma in Fine Arts (5 Years Course ) awarded by Director of Technical Education or Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts awarded by the Madras University or Bharathidasan University.

MUSIC TEACHER

  • General Educational Qualification: S.S.L.Cand Technical qualification
  • Degree in Music under Part III or Sangeetha Bhushana of Annamalai University or Sangeetha Vidwan title in Music awarded by the Director of Government Examinations, Madras. or Sangeetha Shiromani of the Madras University orDiploma in Music of the Madras University or Madurai University or Government Technical Examination Certificate (Higher Grade) in
    Music. or With 40% in Music (Theory and Practical) separately under the Diversified Course and Technical Teachers Certificate or Diploma in Music Teaching awarded by the Director of Government Examinations or Teachers Certificate in Indian Music issued by the Director of
    Government Examinations
SEWING TEACHER
  • S.S.L.C and Technical qualification Candidates should have
  • A Certificate in Needlework and Dressmaking (Higher Grade) and Embroidery (Higher Grade)
  • A Diploma in Costume designing and Dress makings issued by the Board of Technical Education and Training, Madras.
  • Industrial School Certificate and Technical Teachers certificate

Age Limit:

Candidates who want to apply for the above post should not be more than 57 years of age.
