Its very nice that you have thought of construction management course after your Civil Engineering.
I would like to recommend you to do construction management from India itself and not from abroad. The reason for saying this because, between the technology used in foreign countries and construction management practices followed abroad and technology and practices followed in Indian context are very much different. You may be able to gain from learning advanced things about construction management and technology from abroad, but you will see very less of it in Indian companies and projects.
The management dynamics of the construction industry in India and abroad is largely and hugely different.
I would like to recommend you to opt for a construction management course from Indian Institutes like NICMAR Pune or Samvit School of Infrastructure Business, Pune (www.samvitinfra.edu.in).
